To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he will work with the Minister for Social Protection, to consider the precarious nature of work in the film and television industry and find ways in which his Department and the Department of Social Protection can respond quickly and effectively to support freelance and creative workers who experience genuinely unexpected employment (details supplied) in order that a crew base can be retained and protected in this country; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The issues raised in the question and in the "details supplied" relate to unexpected unemployment, in particular around entitlements during periods of unemployment, are a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Social Protection.
