My Department and the National Council for Special Education (NCSE) are committed to delivering an education system that is of the highest quality and where every child and young person feels valued and is actively supported and nurtured to reach their full potential.

The Education Therapy Support Service was established in June 2024 within the NCSE and comprises of 39 therapists and the associated salary scale of these therapists align with the consolidated salary scales of the HSE.

As there are number of variables to considered when calculating the cost of establishing a panel of 90 therapists such as therapist grade, length of service I have attached a summary table for the various grades extracted from the HSE consolidated salary scales of the 1st March 2025 for your information.
