I am not aware of the industrial relations dispute referred to.

The responsibility for the resolution of industrial disputes between employers and workers rests in the first instance with the employer, the workers and their representatives.

The State's independent industrial relations dispute settlement mechanisms of the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the Labour Court can support parties in their efforts to resolve their differences. I would encourage the parties to any industrial relations dispute to engage constructively with each other with a view to resolving their differences. The State's industrial relations machinery remains available to assist as appropriate.
