I am advised that to the best of IDA’s knowledge, information and belief, there were no properties since 1 January 2015, in respect of which IDA asserted legal and beneficial ownership, where a third party has made a successful application for registration under Section 49 of the Registration of Title Act 1964 or in respect of which a declaration has been made by any Court pursuant to the Statute of Limitations 1957.
