141. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the number of projects overseen by the Office of Public Works for which the outturn was greater than the initial estimated cost; the total estimated costs of such projects; and the total outturn for the years 2023, 2024, 2025. [28017/25]

In the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 to date, there were 8 projects (in excess of €200,000) funded through the OPW Vote where the final outturn exceeded the cost estimate. The total cost estimate for these projects was a combined €22.3m compared to a combined final outturn of €25.7m. The overall capital expenditure for the OPW in 2023 and 2024 was €306.4m and €316.2m respectively.
