The Office of Public Works is responsible for the conservation and presentation of over 780 National Monuments and 32 Historic Properties nationwide.
Admission income at the 73 sites within the national heritage portfolio, where ticketed admission and visitor services are provided, is set out in tabular form below. The timeframe set out is from 2015 to 2024 inclusive. Total admission income includes general admissions, tour operator/ third party income and income from heritage card sales.
*It is noted that income in 2020 was adversely impacted due to the impact of Covid 19 restrictions, and that there was a free admission initiative across heritage sites in place in 2021.
