In April 2022, IDA Ireland negotiated the sale of a site at IDA Greystones Business Technology Park, Greystones, County Wicklow under 999-year lease to Greystones Media Campus Owner Ltd. For client confidentiality reasons, IDA Ireland does not disclose the sale consideration of sites sold, however, the IDA has confirmed that consideration paid for the site in question represented the open market value of the site as recommended by IDA’s appointed valuer.
