I propose to take Questions Nos. 99, 100, 101, 102 and 103 together.

The Department of the Taoiseach works with the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) and the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) to ensure that best practice is followed in the procurement and use of software programmes.

The Department uses the software programmes referred to by the Deputy and leverages technologies available from cloud service providers in line with the stated advice of the OGCIO.

The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) advises Departments not to disclose details of systems and processes which could in any way compromise security. Therefore, it is not considered appropriate to disclose further details of software programmes and services.

The Department of the Taoiseach's internet service is provided through the OGCIO's Build to Share Government Networks service.
