The Collaboration and Innovation Fund is an initiative of the Adult Literacy for Life (ALL) Strategy, the Government's 10-year strategy that aims to ensure that every adult has the necessary literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy to fully engage in society and realise their potential.

The objective of the Fund is to promote a more inclusive and equitable society by providing support for collaborative and innovative projects that address the unmet literacy, numeracy, digital, and financial literacy needs of adults.

The 2025 call marks the third round of the Fund, which is supported by an annual allocation of €1 million. For this round, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission has provided €250,000 to support projects aimed at enhancing financial literacy skills and fostering a more literacy-friendly approach to accessing financial services.

The call opened on 17th December 2024 and closed on 7th February 2025, attracting over 190 applications.

Following an evaluation process, the ALL Programme Office, based in SOLAS, is currently notifying applicants of the outcome of their submissions. A press release announcing the successful projects will be issued in due course.
