The person named submitted an application for the ACRES Co-operation approach and was approved into Tranche 1 of the Scheme, with their contract commencing on 1 January 2023.
The contract has not yet passed all the pre-payment validations required for the making of the 2024 advance payment, due to an unresolved issue in relation to the commonage element. I understand that this issue is being worked on and will be resolved in the coming weeks.
My Department is continuing to investigate and progress the remaining ACRES contracts in respect of which advance payments for 2024 have not yet been fully processed, including this particular case, with the expectation of having the vast majority of payments made by the end of this month.
As cases are resolved, they are added to the next scheduled pay run. Pay runs are taking place every week in order to ensure that these payments are issued in a timely manner.

The person named submitted an application under the ACRES Co-operation stream and was approved into Tranche 1 of the scheme, with a commencement date of 1st January 2023.
An interim payment of €5,000 issued to the person named in February 2024 in respect of the 2023 scheme year. Further processing resulted in this applicant failing to pass all payment checks. My Department has investigated the issue and a solution is now being put in place with a view to having this payment made in the next few weeks.
As cases are resolved, they are added to the next scheduled pay run. Pay runs are taking place every week in order to ensure that these payments are issued in a timely manner.
In addition, my Department will continue to issue regular online updates over the coming period on the progress being made.
