My Department utilises framework-based procurement when carrying out purchasing for the Department, these are included in the reporting of annual accounts.

My Department has not established and does not operate any framework in its own right.

My Department only uses frameworks made available through the Office of Government Procurement Buyers Zone and the Education Procurement System.

The expenditure on procurement using a framework for the previous three years is as follows:

While not all Contract Award Notices valued over €25,000 ex-VAT were published for contracts awarded from frameworks by the Department from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024, the details of all such contracts awarded are however published on a quarterly basis on the Department’s website, linked below:
