Currently 90% of staff are availing of the Department's Blending Working Policy which requires a minimum onsite presence of 2 days per week. Blended working is available to all staff except those whose presence is required onsite due to the nature of their role. A small cohort of staff have not applied for a variety of reasons including Leaves of Absence, New Hires & Maternity Leave. A further small cohort of staff have declined to apply for blended working.
