I propose to take Questions Nos. 407, 408, 409, 410 and 411 together.

My Department's Information and Communications Technology Managed Desktop and Managed Hosting Service is provided by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform through the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO). It's internet service and access to Government Cloud is provided through Government Networks shared service, also delivered by OGCIO. As such, my Department does not currently engage a commercial internet service provider or use commercial cloud storage or cloud computing platforms. I can also confirm my Department does not use Lotus Notes (also known as IBM Lotus Notes).

Microsoft Word for Office 365, Microsoft Excel for Office 365, Microsoft windows, Microsoft word and Microsoft excel are included in the user productivity suite of services provided as part of the managed desktop.

I can also confirm my Department uses Microsoft Teams as part of the Department’s collaboration and communication platform. Microsoft Windows v10 is currently used with plans in place to upgrade to Microsoft Windows v11 in the coming months.
