European Innovation Partnership projects (EIPs) are locally led, innovative projects developed by Operational Groups acting collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to address challenges and put research into practice on farms.

As part of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027, an open call for proposals for EIP projects on the overall theme of Environmental Sustainability was launched on the 5th November 2024, with an associated budget of €17.5 million. Following evaluation of 96 projects at Expression of Interest Phase, 27 projects were invited to submit detailed proposals, of which the application named was one.

Following further evaluation by an expert Evaluation Committee, 11 projects were approved for funding. All applicants have been informed of the result and a Press Release announcing the successful projects was issued on the 9th May 2025.

The applicant named was not among the successful applicants.
