To ask the Minister for Health for a breakdown of cost overruns stemming from HSE capital projects that were in excess of €100,000 at original cost projection and overran by 20% or more from 2020 to 2025, detailing the name of the project, the original cost projection and the latest cost projection, to include projects that are planned, in train or completed for the years in question, in tabular form.
