To ask the Minister for Health if she will provide a list of PET scanners available in the public health system; the number of days per week each scanner operates, the number of scans carried out by each machine, for the past 24 months, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware of any arrangements to lease-rent, on a temporary or permanent basis, PET scanners in the public system to the private health system; where this leasing-rental is taking place; the number of hours, if any, spent training private sector staff to operate the scanner; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
