To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he still plans to assign a housing 'tsar'; if so, the cost associated with this position; to clarify the specific role relating to the speeding up of the housing delivery, considering we already have three housing Ministers, a Secretary General, a whole team of assistant secretaries general and a multitude of agencies, or whether this is a necessity due to the current Government failure to deliver on its housing programme as promised.
