The club referred to by the Deputy was provisionally allocated €18,000 under the 2020 round of the Community Sports Facilities Fund, formerly the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme.

The email confirming the provisional allocation, which issued to the club on 2 March 2022, set out the terms and conditions that must be met prior to formal approval by the Department. The club needs to  apply for formal approval of the grant and in this regard it can contact the Department for any assistance it may require by emailing SportsCapitalProgrammes@tcagsm.gov.ie.
