My Department is compliant with public procurement guidelines which are published by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP). These guidelines operate a number of controls and procedures in relation to procurement and contracts.

The OGP operates procurement frameworks designed for low to medium-risk goods and services which are availed of by my Department where appropriate. My Department has, and will continue to engage with the OGP on all matters pertaining to procurement and is committed to complying with all statutory national and EU procurement laws.
