To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the reason Tusla has continued to reference supervision by a company (details supplied) despite previously stating that the company will not be used again in the future due to serious concerns raised about it. [24863/25]

Tusla has advised that following the recent engagement of this company for services in September 2024, Tusla has taken additional steps to strengthen the controls in place to ensure that the company is not used. All Tusla areas are aware of this direction and the Tusla Midwest local area has not engaged the services of this company.
A private family law matter is before the Circuit Court, Tusla Midwest are not party to these proceedings.
Tusla are not involved in the provision of supervised access services in relation to this case.
