My officials have been undertaking a detailed examination of the allegations made concerning contraventions of Irish legislation relating to the carriage of munitions of war in Irish sovereign territory. I understand that the Deputy has recently provided documentation on this matter to the Tánaiste, my officials have sought to receive copies of this documentation, which they will thoroughly examine. The examination of this matter is continuing and consideration will be given to appropriate next steps.
