To ask the Minister for Health to confirm the number of spina bifida multidisciplinary team clinics held in Temple Street in 2024 and to date in 2025, in tabular form; the number at which a consultant spinal surgeon was present; and the number at which a consultant urologist was present. To ask the Minister for Health to confirm if urological care at Temple Street’s spina bifida multidisciplinary team service is urology consultant led or delivered by a non-consultant hospital doctor; if patients who attend this clinic are discussed at urology rounds or multidisciplinary team discussion with a consultant urologist present; to outline the retention procedure for notes of discussions held; if they are placed in a patient’s medical records; and if she will make a statement on the matter. To ask the Minister for Health to confirm if it is Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) policy to provide food to all mothers in the postpartum period or only those who breastfeed or pump breast milk for feeding; to confirm if all mothers who arrive in CHI sites by ambulance from maternity hospitals with infants requiring incubator care, high dependency unit care or intensive care are provided with food; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
