To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform regarding the recent tender for “ITC016F Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Network & Firewall Products, Solutions, Ancillary Equipment and Associated Services, how many of the seven successful OEM brands are EU-owned and EU-headquartered; the names of the seven OEM brands; how many of the successful fourteen economic operators, which are companies registered in Ireland, are actually headquartered in the EU, and their names; how many successful tenderers are Irish-owned and headquartered small or medium enterprises, and their names. In relation to: “To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure; National Development Plan Delivery and Reform regarding the recent tender for “ITC016F Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Network & Firewall Products, Solutions, Ancillary Equipment and Associated Services, how many of the seven successful OEM brands are EU-owned and EU-headquartered; the names of the seven OEM brands;
The previously responded to PQ22742/25 has addressed this.

In relation to: “To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure; National Development Plan Delivery and Reform regarding the recent tender for “ITC016F Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Network & Firewall Products, Solutions, Ancillary Equipment and Associated Services, how many of the successful fourteen economic operators, which are companies registered in Ireland, are actually headquartered in the EU, and their names; how many successful tenderers are Irish-owned and headquartered small or medium enterprises, and their names.”

As previously responded (PQ 20612/25), all successful tenderers are companies registered in Ireland. Details published in the contract award notice on eTenders for this competition show that 12 of the 14 successful tenderers are listed as legal entities with headquarters in the EU with five of these being Irish SMEs. Please see details provided in the two lists below.
