A new Garda Station for east Meath is a priority for both An Garda Síochána and the Office of Public Works, and both organisations have been working closely together to realise this goal. The OPW have recently completed a market trawl for suitable sites in the area. The results of this trawl have been shared with An Garda Síochána. The OPW is in discussions with AGS on the next steps.
