Since the formation of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media in September 2020 until 31st December 2024 my Department processed 58 cycle to work applications. The below table details the number of applications each year.

Year Number of Applications
2020 10
2021 11
2022 12
2023 11
2024 14
Grand Total 58
With regard to bodies under the aegis of my Department, the processing of cycle to work scheme applications is an operational matter for those bodies, for which I do not have day to day responsibility.
