127. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he plans to conduct an environmental impact assessment on the rock armour placed at Rossbeigh beach; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22447/25]

I refer the Deputy to my response to Question no. 483 of 19 March, 2025. For convenience, my response to the Question was as follows:

I am advised that the works to place rock armour on Rossbeigh Beach was carried out by Kerry County Council. The carrying out of an environmental impact assessment on the rock armour concerned would be a matter for Kerry County Council.
