Minister Buttimer was appointed as Minister of State at my Department and at the Department of Transport. With regard to functions in this Department the formal delegation of functions to the Minister of State will be concluded in the coming weeks, and once it is finalised and signed the relevant Order will be published on the Irish Statute book.
