To ask the Minister for Health if her attention has been drawn to the fact that planning permission for phase three of Naas Hospital for a two story over-basement extension for endoscopy, day services, oncology and physical medicine, and services planned in the basement, has expired for the second time since 21 December 2024; the reason the planning permission was allowed lapse on two occasions; the timeframe for the completion of these works; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
