The following Ministers of State were assigned to the Department of Health with delegated Ministerial functions:

Mary Butler T.D., Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with special responsibility as Government Chief Whip and at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Mental Health.

Jennifer Murnane O’Connor T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Public Health, Wellbeing and the National Drugs Strategy.

Kieran O’Donnell T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Older People and at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with special responsibility for Housing.

The Delegation of Ministerial Functions Orders for the Ministers of State assigned to the Department of Health were laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas on 10th March 2025.
