To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 229 of 19 February 2025, if the Gender Healthcare Programme considers that there may be a conflict of interest given previous advice given by its staff outside the context of programme to GPs, and if so how they plan on managing that conflict. 419. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 447 of 6 March of 2025, that given it has been previously stated that there's no requirement for the Gender Healthcare Programme to be aligned with the approach of any particular organisation, the reason the model described for prescribing gender hormone therapy for adults is that of just one particular organisation of the many providing this care to Irish trans people. [22071/25]
