Officials are currently in the process of drafting related documentation to enable a Delegation Order to be made, setting out the specific pieces of primary and secondary legislation in the areas of Disability that specify functions of the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality and which I am requesting should be delegated to Hildegarde Naughton , T.D, as Minister of State at the Department of Children, Disability and Equality. We expect this process to be completed in the coming weeks.
