Minister Dooley also serves at the Department of the Environment, Climate Change and Communications with Special Responsibility for the Marine.

My Department is currently making arrangements for the delegation of functions to the Ministers of State, and once finalised, the details of the functions delegated will be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas.
