I propose to take Questions Nos. 342 and 343 together.
My Department and public bodies under its aegis are required to submit quarterly prompt payment reports in accordance with Government Decision S29296 of 19 May 2009, 2 and 8 March 2011, and 28 March 2017, regarding the 15-Day Prompt Payment Commitment.
These reports are published on a quarterly basis and are available for the years requested on my Department's website at: www.gov.ie/en/department-of-justice/collections/department-of-justice-prompt-payment-returns/.
The reports published include returns from the Department and its agencies within the Justice Vote and from the bodies with their own Vote within the Justice Group (including the Courts Service, the Irish Prison Service, An Garda Síochána, the Policing & Community Safety Authority (previously the Policing Authority), and the Data Protection Commission).
Fiosrú, the body which has replaced the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission, also falls under the Justice Group of Votes, but was newly established on 2 April 2025 and so will only be required to commence reporting prompt payment reports later this year.
