To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the reason, despite the statutory requirement under the Disability Act 2005 for assessments of need to be completed within six months, only a small percentage were completed within this timeframe in recent years; and the actions that are being taken to improve compliance.
