To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government when he expects to bring legislation before the Dáil which will ensure that those who have already been approved for defective concrete blocks grants can retrospectively benefit from the 10% grant increase, which was approved by Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
