To ask the Minister for Health her views on the incident that occurred in St. Joesph’s adolescent psychiatric unit; the number of children who were left without placement; the measures being taken on the issue; when it is envisioned all the children will be offered alternative placements; the steps that will be put into place to ensure that where another situation such as this arises, the most vulnerable children would not be left without a placement; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
