My Department has contracted One Complete Solution (OCS) to provide cleaning services in Block 1, Miesian Plaza, as part of an overall Facilities Management contract over a five year period. The expected overall value by end of contract for cleaning services is €2,066,934.

The contract is managed by my Department on behalf of all four tenant government departments in the Block, with recharging in place for agreed portions of the services provided.
