To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he is aware of, and to outline his views on, the need to upgrade the electricity infrastructure in Dublin to guarantee supply given the age of the current grid and that Eirgrid undertook a consultation in the pas, but as yet has not indicated when this major upgrade would occur; the length of time of same; and the associated disruption to the city that will be caused.
