1893. To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to provide a list of all EU directives which are awaiting transposition in her Department; the date on which transposition is due; and the reasons for any delay in transposition, in tabular form. [20322/25]

The following table outlines the EU Directives currently under the remit of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth. However, as the Government has approved the transfer of international protection functions to Jim O'Callaghan T.D., Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration from 1st May 2025, responsibility for transposing Directive 2024/1346 laying down standards for the reception of international protection applicants will transfer to his Department at that point.
Work on the transposition of the Directives under my remit are ongoing, including attendance at relevant EU Official Expert Groups. Several of the Directives are complex and wide ranging, and involve detailed drafting work and engagement with the European Commission and relevant stakeholders in the finalisation of the transposing legislation.
