To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if she will examine the case of a person (details supplied); if she believes that the treatment of this person is in line with the obligations of government under the UNCRPD, which provides for the right of disabled persons to live independently; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
