I have been informed by my officials at Longford Regional Veterinary Office (RVO) that Mr. Patrick Thompson's application was received on the 04 April 2025. My Department was unable to process the application because it was incomplete. There were a number of documents outstanding. A letter was sent to Mr. and Mrs. Thompson on the 04 April 2025 requesting the necessary documentation be sent to the RVO. Once this documentation has been received my Department will process the application form.
