I can inform the Deputy that based on the information supplied, it has unfortunately not been possible to locate the application for the person referred to.
I also note that the Deputy sent a status update to my Department's Immigration Oireachtas service earlier this month, where further information was requested, and that this request remains outstanding.
I would encourage the Deputy to provide an application number or personal ID, along with the additional information requested, to the Immigration Oireachtas service by e-mail at: IMoireachtasmail@justice.ie. Once received and application for the person cited is located, officials in my Department will provide an update to the Deputy.
