1501. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the total number wards of the court which were due to be transferred from wardship arrangements to a decision-making representative arrangements upon the establishment of the Decision Support Service; the date by which all were due to be transferred; the number of which were transferred in each year to date, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Management of the courts, operational matters and logistical functions are the responsibility of the judiciary and Courts Service, which are independent in the exercise of their functions.
