713. To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the budget for the power up grant in 2025; the number of firms that have taken it up; the value of the total claims; and the percentage of claims as a share of total eligible businesses. [19479/25]

The Power Up scheme closed to registrations in 2024. There is no budget for the Power Up scheme in 2025.
In total, the Increased Cost of Business (ICOB) and Power Up grant schemes paid out over €400 million in 2024 to SMEs right across the country.
The Power Up grant paid €4,000 to 39,669 eligible businesses in the hospitality, retail and beauty sectors to the value of €158.8 million. This represents 99% of businesses who applied for the Power Up grant.
