Responsibility for housing policy, including any funds, grants or compensation that might be available to address specific housing policy issues, rests with the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.

As such, any supports available with regard to the specific set of circumstances outlined here are not within the remit of the Minister for Finance and would be more appropriately addressed to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
