To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality if his attention has been drawn to a growing trend where vape shops advertise vaping products alongside confectionery in shop windows, including in close proximity to secondary schools; his views on whether legislative or regulatory measures are needed to restrict this form of advertising, particularly where it may be seen as targeting or enticing children and young people; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
