The Gender Recognition Act comes under the remit of my colleague, the Minister for Social Protection. The implementation of the recommendations of the review of that Act is a matter for his department.
I am advised by the Department of Social Protection that they will be in touch when a date has been confirmed for the next stage of the work on an impact assessment.
