To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of fixed charge notices issued to motor vehicle owners in respect of motor vehicles registered outside of the State in 2024 and to date in 2025; the name of the jurisdiction in which each vehicle is registered; the county in which each notice was issued; the offence for which the fixed charged notice was issued, in tabular form; and if he will provide a separate table for same in respect of fixed charged notices that were not paid.
