The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the school building project referred to by the Deputy issued to the preferred tenderer on the 1st July 2022, commencing the school building contract.

Phase 1 of the building was handed over to the school in August 2024.

Works on Phase 2 are progressing on site and expenditure to date is in accordance with the conditions of the contract, which is commercially sensitive information at this point in time.

My Department will continue to liaise with the school and their Patron Body pending delivery of their permanent accommodation.
