133. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the full costs of modular housing for Ukrainians (details supplied); the reason for the excessive the costs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15148/25]

My Office, on behalf of Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, is the Contracting Authority for the Ukraine Rapid Build Housing Programme.
The overall Programme of works will comprise 654 homes for approximately 2,640 residents.
To date, 10 sites at various locations around the country have been completed with 572 homes for approximately 2,312 residents.
The project at Heywood Rd., Clonmel is the 11th, and final project in the Programme. It will provide 82 homes for approximately 328 residents. It is currently under construction with an anticipated completion date of Q2 2025. Accordingly, the full costs are not finalised yet.
It should be noted that there have been increased security costs at this location due to anti-social activity.
